Lots going on.

Training calendar is condensed this week and only by appointment. Call me (704.717.5374) if you still need help. The feedback is generally positive on the new system. We have already closed transactions directly generated from the new website.

Leads are increasing each day.

We started at about 50 a day and we are up to 150 now. RIMS came partially online this week through remax.com so I am confident that this trend will continue. We are also working hard to promote www.charlotteproperty.com which benefits every agent equally. My goal for this year is two leads per agent per day by the final quarter.

Those of you who started early may notice your number of leads per day has decreased. This is because we have more agents in the lead stream. Use the market zip code report in the User>User Profile section to select intelligently.

Migration Underway

Be patient as we bring our new web systems online. Our vendor to replace email may not work out as we seem to have been labeled as a spammer. For the most part, the system works and is generating more leads for the agents that have opted to use it.

Instant Acceptance

We all want it. Now you can get it over your phone. Enter your text message email address in Instant Acceptance which is in the User section. If anyone can get suncom’s to work, let me know. Keep in mind, I do not have a manual for everyone’s phone. There must be a space between the numbers when you reply or it won’t accept the lead for you. Your text message email address is:
