New Templates and Search Projects
The days since the RE/MAX conference in Atlanta have been very hectic. Every lecture was related to what we are trying to build. I will post later on each of the topics.
Instead I want to immediately release the new template loosely based on the original executiverealtysearch.com. New and existing clients can choose from the old (straight) and new (curved) template. Both templates feature the improved area guide and can be lightly customized (colors and layout of objects).
The new sites incorporate many of the search engine advice I picked up in Atlanta.
They can also both handle the level 2 and 3 property searches. You can read more about the package levels here (and a price list here).
The level 3 property search now has lead capture that allows you to see what properties the client is viewing. You can try out the search and help me refine the system by registering and searching. Registering allows you to have property notifications sent to you. You can also have road traffic reports sent to you right before you leave work (and get notified of properties closer to work).
And there is more to come as we work to integrate the virtual tours closer.
