- Creating low cost listing sites.
- Search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
- Using statistical tracking to gauge and guide your online marketing.
Some other items of interest:
- Charlotte Realty Services can now post virtual tours to Realtor.com.
- All of our company’s listings are now being syndicated through listHub.net. This means your listing go straight from TEMPO to Yahoo! Classifieds, Google Base, Trulia, Oodle and many more open source directories.
- We’ve climbed to near the top of Yahoo! for the phrase “charlotte real estate”. At one point we were number 3. Our search engine traffic has almost doubled and we are close to 300 daily visitors coming to charlotteproperty.com from the search engines.
- We’ve added the Paragon MLS database to CharlotteProperty.com and all RE/MAX agent sites.
- We have a new mobile mls offering that allows you to display your inventory and nearby houses through your phone’s web browser. Ask Vincent for a demo.
