It is always nice to say you work with one of the leading real estate companies in the region. It is even better to say your company is #1. RE/MAX Executive Realty holds premier rankings when you search on google, yahoo, msn, ask, and many others.
Over the last two years, we have increased our search engine traffic by over 1000%!
Here is the numbers for the phrase “charlotte real estate” on google. This is the #1 phrase for our market and we have the premier ranking.

Monthly visits back in Spring of 2007 were averaging under 100. This March, we had 1362 visitors. That’s just for the phrase “charlotte real estate”, too. Overall, the search engines sent 6,405 visitors in March 2009.

Not only do we hold #1 on google for traffic phrases such as “charlotte real estate” and “charlotte relocation“, but we are bucking the overall trend in search volume for those phrases.
As the number of searches worldwide goes down, our traffic has gone up. We are continually gobling up more of the pie!

Lead Acceptance via Text Messaging is Now Active on LeadStreet. Previously, LeadStreet only notified you of a lead via text messaging and you had to find a computer or email device.
We Changed Registration Options on CharlotteProperty.com. We decided to force registration a littler earlier in the UX (User Experience) and the results so far have been great. Hopefully everyone has noticed an uptick in the number of leads they have received since March 19th.
