RE/MAX Executive Realty has 5 prestigious business locations in the Charlotte Region. The first and largest office is located in South Park. The second office is located in South Charlotte in the Ballantyne area. Just north of the city, the Huntersville/Lake Norman office opened in May,2005 and south of Charlotte,our 4th office opened in York County in August, 2005 and our 5th office opened near downtown Charlotte. RE/MAX Executive Realty is a company of 200+ agents that prides itself on providing Sales Asscociates the ability to be on the cutting edge of the real estate industry. The company owned by Cindy Sikorski and Scott Sadler, began in November 1998 in temporary space with Cindy, Scott and one co-associate who worked with Scott.
By the end of the first year, the company had 19 Sales Associates affiliated with the firm. The company continued to grow and as a result of it’s growth, as well as it’s unparalleled management, RE/MAX Executive Realty was the first, and only,newly opened company to receive “The Hustle Award” and the “Top Producer Award” for North and South Carolina in 1999. In 2001, and again in 2003 and 2004 Scott and Cindy were awarded “Broker/Owners of the Year” by RE/MAX region for both North and South Carolina. At the RE/MAX International Convention in February 2005, they were also honored as the “Broker/Owners of the Year for North America”. These awards were given in recognition of the company’s growth and management style as well as the quality and success of the Sales Associates affiliated with the Company. In 2009, RE/MAX Executive and RE/MAX Select merged to form one of the largest RE/MAX franchises in the country. This brought Hadi Atri into the leadership picture and the company as continued to flourish under his guidance.
The Broker Survey, performed by Real Trends business magazine, consistently lists RE/MAX Executive in the “Top 500 Firms in the U.S.”. In 2002, RE/MAX Executive Realty was identified as the 13th fastest growing real estate company in the United States. It is presently the 30th largest RE/MAX office, out of 5,500, in the United States. Over 80% of the Sales Associates affiliated with RE/MAX Executive Realty receive RE/MAX Top Producer Awards, including Hall of Fame, Platinum Club, 100% Club, Executive Club and President’s Club.
